In the design and construction of high tech buildings one thing has been a constant: the inconsistency of the high tech. The design and integration of low voltage systems, also known as special systems, will vary from project to project and can have unpredictable results. It is not uncommon to find a project that has a different integrator for each low voltage system, leaving the management and coordination of all these systems up to the general contractor.

At TPI we believe we can help alleviate this problem by providing as many of the low voltage systems that are required for any given project. This gives the owner and general contractor a single point of command and control and also places the management and coordination of all the low voltage systems in the hands of people who understand them and their need to be a seamless solution. One huge advantage to this approach is eliminating the multi-level sub-contractor management fee that can add as much as 7% to this part of the project.
