City of Glendale - Camelback Ranch

Novelty reigns at Camelback Ranch-Glendale, the new spring home of the Chicago White Sox and Los Angeles Dodgers which is approximately 15 miles west of downtown Phoenix. Best described as a campus rather than a complex, a park rather than a facility, the non-traditional look and feel is what fans will notice first, a sun-bathed, 141-acre baseball paradise. The results are eye-popping, an aesthetic home run and a one-of-a-kind spring-training environment.

Ideas

Develop and deliver a state-of-the-art audio reinforcement system for the stadium and its surrounding area. Using a distributed speaker system, audio is deployed within the stadium itself, the attached suites, both clubhouses, and all open areas.

Develop and deliver a campus wide video distribution system capable of delivering both cable television and digital satellite signals to both clubhouses, suites, and open areas.

Technology

One massive audio distribution system managed, switched, and controlled from a central headend location.

All audio configured and controlled using the latest DSP technology.

Distributed stadium speaker system deployed on bowl structure and light poles.

Distributed, zoned audio system using ceiling mounted speakers and zone controllers.

Closed MATV system delivered to all end points via fiber.
